In this live, fully experiential session, we’ll gently work with your nervous system so you can feel calmer, lighter, and more present heading into the holidays.

  • Experience a blend of somatic work, nervous-system regulation, and intuitive energetic support.

  • Leave feeling more grounded, steadier, and safer to be with yourself (and other people) through the holidays.

This is not a lecture or “mindset training.”

It’s a deeply guided, fully experiential session for your body and nervous system.
